My name is Irene de Bruijn. For more than 20 years I have been working in rehabilitation as a physiotherapist and for several years as a haptotherapist.
I graduated in 2006 at the Scientific Institute for Haptonomy of Frans Veldman and now I am supervised there.
Since 2002 I have been working in the rehabilitation center "De Waarden" in Dordrecht. In addition, I worked for 2 years in health center DWL-de Esch in Rotterdam.
As a result, I come into contact with people who go through (disease) processes in various areas; chronic pain, cancer, amputation, non-congenital brain injury, burnout, incest problems, stress, not feeling well, having difficulty touching and/or being touched, breathing problems, having a small social network.
